Firmware Hikvision DS-2CV2Q21FD-IW Firmware upgrade?

Hi all, trying to figure out the latest firmware and specifically which package to use for this camera.

Product details: DS-2CV2Q21FD-IW
It's sold in the US, EU & Asia, however, it's an EOL model.

Current details off the web interface:
Model DS-2CV2Q21FD-IW
Firmware Version V5.5.101 build 210630

Looks to be an E6 model

I specifically tried V5.5.803 210817, because it lists the exact camera model in the readme file and looks to be the latest build, though their numbering is sometimes weird to me.

What's the difference between IPCG, IPCK & IPCTC?
*update* I've tried IPCG and IPCTC firmware files and have the same issue.
I unpacked the file, put it in C:\ (as many have suggested). I used MS Edge (and tried Chrome) because there's no more IE available...I also tried using the file from the Downloads folder in Windows.
I get the error: Status - The type of upgrade file mismatches.
I've done upgrades for my other Hikvision cameras before, not sure what I'm doing wrong here.
Is the firmware I'm trying to load older? I wouldn't think so based on the version number and build number...

Hi @DirkG

The firmware you are looking at appears to be correct for this camera if it is an EU model, the fact that it is not accepting any of these firmware versions and the fact that your current V5.5.101 build 210630 firmware is not in the list of old EU firmware versions might suggest that this is actually a model from the US or Asia regions.

If that is the case, I'm not aware of anywhere you can locate old US or Asia firmware.

The only other thing it could be is that maybe the V5.5.101 build 210630 EU firmware was faulty/glitchy so it was removed from the EU download portal to stop people from updating to it. You could try downgrading to the V5.5.100 build200226, if that works you can then try upgrading to the newer versions listed in the EU portal.
