Hikvision DS-2DE3304W-DE Only 24h continuous recording

Hi.

Just got a DS-2DE3304W-DE.
Everything is up and running, but I cant find any settings to increase the recording length. Does anyone know how to change this?

Hi @chrand

Are you trying to record continually to that NAS storage? Have you checked your NAS for those recordings?

At the moment I think your camera is only storing recordings to the MicroSD card which only appears to be a 16GB card which will be why you are only getting 24hrs recording.

I am recording to my NAS (I think) And it´s all there.
Or is this a case of recording to MicroSD then transferring to NAS?

How can I force recording directly to my NAS if this is the case?

Ok, we have minimal experience of netHDD recording with individual cameras but from reading many Hikvision documents and watching videos I think it is the case that the NetHDD only acts as backup storage, this means that when logged into the camera you can only access the local MicroSD card storage and to access the backup NetHDD storage you would need to login to that NAS/NetHDD.

I have removed the MicroSD and just using the NetHDD. But I still only get 24h recording. Even then the NetHHD have lots of free space.
Camera only allocates 104,79GB then starts to overwrite old data.
Any one who has an idea how to proceed?
