I bought a Hikvision DS-2DE4425IW-DE PTZ camera. I connected the given 12 V power adapter and Network cable to the Hikvision NVR through a switch(Not POE). Camera turned on and worked fine for around an hour. After that it went offline. I checked the power adapter output and I could see 12V, however camera is not getting turned on after that. Even after turning off and on the power, the camera doesnt turn and not powering. Checked the network connection and it is working fine with another camera. Please let me know what could be wrong? Also I am not clear whether this camera needs a POE in addition to the 12V external power source. Please help, its bit urgent.
