HIKVISION DS-7104NI SL/W keeps on restarting after firmware upgrade

Would like to seek for your help in resolving this problem. I have upgraded my DS-7104NI SL/W just now and after restarting the problem occurred, it keeps on restarting and restarting. maybe anyone here experienced this and has solved this.

Hi, Sorry but I don't think I'm going to be able to help much with that. I've never been hands-on with that model/range.

If we experienced a boot-loop problem we'd probably have to contact HikVision Tech Support and make arrangements to send the NVR back to them to fix
