Hikvision DS-7608 E2/A problem with streams

Hello, i have NVR DS-7608 E2/A, and ip cams DS-2CD2043G0-I

I need your help because of it works but weird.

I have set main stream of cams to 1080P, 6 FPS.

So, when i open NVR i cannot see live view when is set main stream, i can see only substream which is set to lower resolution 640x480 6FPS or 4 FPS

Also this problem happens only with user which have permisions as OPERATOR. When i login with ADMIN account even main stream works

OPERATOR have to manualy set stream to substream and start live view
ADMIN automatically start live view without setting any parameters.

NVR upgraded to 3.4.103
IP CAM upgraded to 5.6.0

Seems odd.
Is this when viewing on a direct-connected monitor?
Or via a browser?

The device is in server room without monitor, i have tested it through web interface.
I have upgraded camera firmware and factory reset it and set up from beggining.
Also changed one network device and now it works great.

Probably problem was with firmware
