Hik-Connect Hikvision DS-7608NI-Q1 - cameras missing in IOS Hik-Connect App

Hi Phil,

I am using DS-7608NI-Q1 NVR with 8 x PoE Cameras. Everything was working fine but Yesterday suddenly 6 x Cameras shows "Device is offline" on IOS Hik-Connect APP, and 2 x Cams are showing normally. I have checked everything.. all the settings all configs.. everything was intact. nothing changed. I have installed Android Hik-Connect APP on my android phone..WoW.. all cams were working normally. So, i am stuck here that :-

1- Why 2 Cams are online and working in IOS APP, what happened with other 6 x cams ? (Which were working fine but suddenly Stopped)
2- Why All cams are working (Showing) in Android APP Why not in IOS APP ? (If there is issue in cams , those should not show in Android APP)

Please help me out , as i am stuck to answer client's questions.

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the IOS App?
And/or cycling the power on the NVR?

Yes re-installed 4 times on same Iphone and IPAD but Still its same. let me do power cycle and i ll update.
