Hey,
I bought a Hikvision DS-80149 motherboard 7104 7108 78 from China

I turned on, this ds-7108n-in device has only Chinese language and I did not find a multilingual firmware suitable for Europe

Hi @gadi

It sounds like you have a Chinese 'Grey' Import product, these products will only support Chinese firmware and you will NOT be able to load multilingual firmware.

You will need to purchase the same (or similar) model from your own region for it to support multilingual firmware.
