Hikvision DS-KH6320-WTE1 7" wifi & Power supply

Hi all.

Just bought the intercom screen to go with my doorbell.

Im looking to power this via 12v and run it over wifi.

The screen didn't come with a power supply, just wondering how you power the screen and if there is a certain power supply i should buy to power it, looks like from the supplied wires there should be a transformer or something?

12VDC 2A should be more than enough

The look of it can be different, but this is what you need. It can look like a classic adapter/ small metal box, a small chip. Whatever suit your need

12V 1Amp is fine. When you get the kit with the 6320 indoor station and 6113 outdoor station, Hikvision include 2 plug in 12V DC 1 Amp adapters which work fine.

Yea 1A will work, but psu lasts longer if less load it work on hence my suggestion for 2A, afterall they are cheap

Overkill. It uses <=5W so using the Hikvision provided 1 amp supply is already more than double the 0.4 amp requirement. I've never had a failure of the supplied cheapo Chinese adapter
