Door Entry Hikvision DS-KV6113-WPE1 is working hot

Hi There,
I recently installed a door station DS-KV6113-WPE1, I noticed that the camera / IR LED seem always working and the door station is hot even I disable the motion detection in the setting configuration.
Is there anyone knows if this is normal or not? Since I don't want it to keep this high temperature(POE powered), it will reduce its lifetime.

Mine was hot a hell,,, I noticed some green gunk was on the ethernet port on the Villa door station... I grabbed some contact cleaner and some compressed air and I was able to clean it off the pins....

Its no longer hot
I think that gunk was causing the door station to draw lots of current because they where shorting out together
