Hikvision DS7608NI-K2 NVR dropped off network

Hi All,
Newbie here looking for some assistance.

My NVR all of a sudden has lost connection to cameras and network.

All the IP cameras I can view live through their IP addresses.
SADP tool picks up the cameras but isnt seeing the NVR

I've checked all cables and connections, updated firmware - to no avail.

Does anyone else have experience of this and any advice that they can give?

It is unusual that SADP does not find the NVR.

What model NVR?
Does it seem to still be powered on?
Cycle the power to the NVR and check again with SADP?
Can you direct-connect a monitor to the NVR and verify it's alive?

Thanks for the response.
NVR model DS7608NI-K2 - installed November 2019
All hooked up to monitor - camera locations showing NO LINK. Powered on/off numerous times still no response.
Would it be a far fetch to say that the network adapter in the NVR has failed?

Have you tried a new LAN connection cable from the NVR's LAN port to your network switch or router?
And a different port on that switch/router?

If so, then I'd contact your reseller and discuss returning it for them to investigate.
