HIKVISION DVR PASSWORD RESET

I forgot the password for my Hikvision Model-DS-7208hqhi-f1/n with serial number 731977176, SF Version 3.4.81_170227. I have tried all possible means to reset the DVR to factory setting but couldn't succeed. Can anyone please, help me reset the DVR to factory default?

What have you tried so far?

Have you tried (through the DVR menu) have you tried Menu > Maintenance > Default > Factory Defaults?
