Hikvision dvr playback black screen?

Hello, I have hikvision dvr and the cameras are visible live. But when I press the playback screen, I see the blue bar below in the timeline, but the video does not turn on, the black screen shows all the cameras. But I can watch it live. What is the problem? I replaced the hard disk, but the problem is still the same.

i dont have model number but i can see blue bar in timeline but when i click just black screen

After selecting Playback mode, are you then clicking on the play icon?

Yes, I'm pressing the play button. There is no change in any way. I see the blue bar below, but when I click, the playback shows a black screen. All records look the same.

Does the calendar in Playback have the little corner markings that indicate there are recordings on the dates since you replaced the HDD?

Yes there is. Everything seems to be recording normally. But the black screen you're playing comes out. There is no error message.
