Hikvision "error message"

Dears,

good day to all.

can you please assist me as i am trying to connect the camera using P2P cloud via HIKVISION. however, when searching the serial number it give me error message " device is using by other user".

HIKVSION model DS-7200 Series

i am using iVMS-4500

i have already configure the port forwarding,

If you're still having issues after you've tried Cardoso's suggestions, it might be worth getting in touch with Hikvision directly. They'll be able to un-pair your DVR with whatever account it is currently tied to and you can start fresh.

the error already rectified as i use the first account registered by my wife. however, when trying to search the serial # of the device thru Hikvison device management is gives me " the device is offline" even trying to access thru P2P. i used dynamic IP by error is still the same even static IP.

the DVR is connected to the router.

IP address: 192.168.254.90
subnet: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 192.168.254.254

can you please let me know if i configured right?
