Hikvision Face Recognition Terminal - how to unlock door if system fails?

If my Hikvision Pro Series face recognition terminal (e. g. DS-K1T671M or MF) fails, either due to extended power loss or if someone rips off the entire terminal or the terminal just malfunctions, will the magnetic door lock automatically unlock or how else can I open the door?

It will depend on how the system has been installed and wired.
e.g. it may be wired to fail with the locks open OR locked.
