HikVision have just uploaded a new YouTube video to illustrate the savings & benefits of their new h.265+ CODEC.
Just sharing here for those who've not yet had the opportunity of an explanation/illustration:
IMHO only the 45 seconds from 30secs to 1 min 15 secs are on topic and relevant (there are then some illustrations I can't fathom, and it strays into new camera features).
