We live on a farm no ambiant light what so ever.
Lately there been a few break in so we thought we would update our cctv. Iv seen some great reviews on the colourvu
So after a lot of questions asked over the phone we bought the highlook 8mp 4K with 4 camera.
And 1 TB HDD.
we installed and all looked great. Clear images and sharp.
Then the night time came and images where pitch black.
When I asked about the system they told me they would go black and white in the evening then change to colour once the motion detector was triggered.
The adverts shows the led coming on and it don’t.
We wasn’t advised we had to have the led on all night or some type flood lights.
Feel like we been ripped off
