Hikvision HiLook IPCAM-B2-30DL not visible in the main view (both in older version and the newest of ivms4200) even tho detected on-line in 'device manager' and also the stream visible in the 'event management' window, as well as while using browser (edge). In the 'main view' there's no choice other than 'custom view' which leads to nowhere (no named 'camera01' in the list). The software does not give any errors codes - just showing blank screen. Will be grateful for tips including maybe also alternative software (I care mostly for a decent live view and audible motion detection).
