hikvision IP camera Connected but no recording appears in exacqvision NVR

Hello all,
We have an hikvision IP camera conntect to exacqvision. Everything looks ok but there is no recording.
Is there a setting that I need to do on the IP camera configuration?
Schedule is set with motion recording in the Web control panel of the camera.
Any help would be appreciated.
 
Hi @kargaburun - just to confirm, have you set up motion detection on the NVR / VMS as an event for that camera?
We're not familiar with exacqVision, but you normally need to have motion detection set-up to trigger the motion-based recording.
You could test continuous recording too, to rule out any further compatibility issues.
Also, make sure your camera is using the latest firmware, as this often resolved third-party compatibility problems.
