There isn't a native Hikvision solution to achieve this.
I recall that people have put-together workarounds with the Hikvision cameras in the past.
If you have purchased Hikvision hardware, and would like to pursue a solution to this, then please provide the details of the model numbers of the Hikvision items that you have and hopefully somebody can then provide you with further clues.

As @Phil says, integrating Hikvision into Apple HomeKit isn't simple, but here's an explainer from one of our customers on how they achieved it with a camera:

They used Scrypted for the Hikvision camera integration, but I have no idea how integrating a keypad would work, sorry...
