Hikvision LIVE real time video with http protocol?

I own a Hikvision DS-2CD2443GO-IW.
With instructions
rtsp: // admin: xxxxx@192.168.178.123/H264
or
rtsp: // admin: xxxxx@192.168.178.123/Streaming/Channels/102/httppreview
i can view the video on browser Firefox or Chrome
With the instruction http: // admin: xxxxx@192.168.178.123/ISAPI/Streaming/channels/101/picture
I can view the static image.
I'm interested in viewing a video in real time using the http: // protocol and not rtsp: //
Is there any way to do it?

No - not without converting. To get a stream viewable on my wall mount tablets via http I have a Raspberry PI running free MotionEye software. MotionEye will connect to the RTSP stream and then serve it over http. You can do similar with Blue Iris (2 week free trial available) and an always on Windows PC.
