I have two NVRs on Hik Connect I have 4 cameras on each ,one nvr is at my house and the other is at my mums house,I have a camera on each nvr set to line crossing detection.the problem is when the camera is triggered on my nvr I receive a mega high quality picture of the event on the Hik-Connect app ,but when the camera is triggered on mums nvr all I get is a piss poor still email picture and no notification on my Hik-Connect app Can anyone help do I need to change some settings???????
