Hi,
I am trying to change the alert grid on a Hikvision NVR remotely over a LAN to LAN connected network.
I can access the NVR OK and navigate all menus but I cannot see the live streams from each camera.
So when I want to change the red grid pattern for a camera I am unable to do do so because the "picture" is just a black square.
The odd thing is that I can view recorded playbacks OK but not the current live stream.
Any ideas welcome.
