Hikvision NVR DS-7608NI-I2 / 8P - Get Video Event Clip from a date/time range?

Hi I have Hikvision NVR DS-7608NI-I2 / 8P

I have a time stamp of when an event happened in my custom built web app. I want to try and get a video clip off my NVR 5 secs before and after this event time stamp.

So I thought I could create a HTTP request with some clever parameters to do this but it didnt seem to work, for example a URL like the below

http://192.168.1.80/ISAPI/Streaming/tracks/101/starttime/20240701T080100Z/endtime/20240701T080130Z

Any idea how I could do something like this?
