Firmware Hikvision NVR Firmware update?

I have a Hikvision NVR model number DS-7716NI-K4, serial number DS-7716NI-K41620190419CCRRD12289427WCVU, firmware V3.4.104 build 190128.
First of all I need to know whether this recorder is meant for the UK market or not?
Secondly can it be firmware updated?
If firmware can be updated could someone please pinpoint which version of firmware I need to choose as there are so many to choose on the EU download portal.
The firmware versions don't seem to be in date order.

Hi @gooch

The latest firmware for the K-series NVR you have is v4.30.061

As you are currently running an older v3 firmware and the v4 firmware introduces some substantial updates I would recommend that you first update to the earliest available v4 firmware (v4.30.005) before then updating to the latest version.

Please also confirm for which region my NVR is meant as it has RR in the serial number?
Is it safe to upgrade an RR NVR in the UK?

RR models are UK models (both the demo Hikvision NVRs we have in our office are RR models) so there will be no issue using UK firmware.
