HIKVISION NVR IP CONFLICTED

We had a blackout last night then this morning, 2 of our cameras are now on and off.
There is an Alarm/Exception saying IP CONFLICTED. I already tried changing the IP address of the 2 affected cameras but the IP Conflicted Alarm/Exception still shows.

Hi @chnvltelco

The error message does not appear to be linked to any specific IP camera which means it is probably the IP address of the NVR that is conflicting with another device on your network.

Please try changing the NVR IP address (either manually or using DHCP) and see if that stops the IP conflict error.

Hi Dan, thanks for your reply. I'll try to do that using SADP Tool and see if the error is gone.
