Hi all,
I have a Hikvision NVR and I'm trying to upload my signed wildcard certificate to it, however I keep getting the "Upload failed" error without explanation (or logging) why.
What I did was exporting my wildcardcert.pfx to a wildcardcert.pem file which includes the certificate (.crt) and private key (.key).
The certificate is a signed wildcard from Gogetssl with sha256RSA and was converted using openssl from one of my Linux servers. The cert is valid as its used by another system that also requires the PEM file, the PFX also works for my other server. So I believe the issue is confined to the NVR not accepting the cert for an unknown reason.
Any ideas?

Details:
- HK NVR = DS-7616NXI-I2/S
- NVR is at latest firmware = V4.40.416 build 210108.
- Certificate is valid and used for other services
- Self signed certificate works out of the box on the NVR, but not desired as I have a paid wildcard cert for use
