Hikvision NVR "unbind" failed?

Hello, I want to unbind my Hikvision DS-7616NI-K2 device from a Hik-Connect account I no longer have access to, but it gives an error every time. The first error says it must be in the same region, and when I select the country as "Russia" (which has nothing to do with the location where the device was set up), it simply shows the "Failed" error. No matter how many times I reset it, it didn't work. What can I do? I even tried with a VPN, but it didn't help.

There are only two options available in the country selection of the program. I even changed the time settings of the device (NVR), but none of it worked.

I installed the Hik-Partner Pro application, but it doesn't work. The end user says he can't do this. I can't create a case because I don't have an authorized account.
 
You may have luck unlinking via NVR GUI under platform access.

If it doesn't work, contact authorized distributer or installer in your area.
