Hikvision overwrite after certain days of recording?

Hi guys,
Is it possible to set an overwrite on Hikvision NVR to a certain number of days? Like for example after 3 days of footage it would start overwriting and not wait until its HDD is full?

Yes. In the NVR settings - Storage > Schedule > Record. Click 'Advanced' in the top right corner. In the pop up there's a box for 'Video/Picture Expiry Time'. If left at its default of 0, it will record until the disk is full then overwrite. If you want to limit it, just set the number of days to suit, then click OK, Apply. Repeat for each camera or use the 'Copy to' function.
