Hi I have this problem every-time we have an electric cut my 2 cameras lose sub stream and only can view in HD on the app instead of basic.
If I log in to the camera directly and restore it works fine but I shouldn’t need to do this everytime my electrician comes to do some work and has to switch of electrics and back to this stage can anyone help?
