Hikvision substream not working after a power cycle?

Hi I have this problem every-time we have an electric cut my 2 cameras lose sub stream and only can view in HD on the app instead of basic.

If I log in to the camera directly and restore it works fine but I shouldn’t need to do this everytime my electrician comes to do some work and has to switch of electrics and back to this stage can anyone help?

Could you please let us know the model of the cameras and the firmware version used on them?

Are they connected to an NVR, and what is the model/firmware version of this as well if so, please?

When it happens, can you see the sub-streams in iVMS-4200 or a web browser?
I.e. do they only stop working in Hik-Connect?
