Hik-Connect Hikvision - Two out of four cameras offline after changing internet provider?

Hi, today I changed internet provider and could not get the cameras to work.

I followed the thread for changing IP addresses, downloaded the Hik Partner Pro app and changed the IP address.

Two of the four cameras are now visible but two are now offline, I have tried turning the TP links off and on on and have rebooted the recorder but still two cameras are offline.

Any advice on what I should do?

Best regards,
Ian

No progress, I have a technician coming out tomorrow to reconfigure my system. Clearly something to be aware of when switching from copper broadband to fibre.

Yes, it's normal to need to edit some system settings when you change your ISP.
Typically, you'll have a new router, and very often that will set a new IP address domain range for the devices on your home network.
Your NVR needs to be set to join that domain range.

If you install Hikvision's SADP utility on your PC it will reveal all the Hik devices it finds, and their current settings, and enable you to adjust those and access the system again.
