I installed my NVR some weeks ago, and actually I am quite happy coming from an arlo Wireless scam.
Last week I installed the 6th cam and it worked well for some days. Then suddenly the new cam went offline. I restarted the NVR and it came back to life.
I then checked cables and all seemed fine, it then worked 3 days and today again offline, restart doesn’t bring it to life. I double checked the recordings on the NVR and it also stopped recording today noon so I don’t think its an hikconnect issue. Any idea what it might be? My logic is that it must be a connection issue (wiring) or can it be something else? Anything I could check? In the hik connect app the error message is “the device is offline” – as mentioned all other are online. In the hik pro app, it states “device eror”
