Door Entry How can I connect my DS-KH6320 (2wired intercom) to the outdoor station, without a password?

I am new here (newby)
I reset my indoorstation because it froze everytime.
Now I can't connect it to the outdoorstation anymore.
I don't know the password of the outdoorstation (someone installed it and won't respond anymore)

I have two questions.

- How can I connect it again to the outdoorstation, without password.
- How can i reset the whole system, so i this won't happen anymore.
