How can I improve the image performance from my new 2547G2 4MP ColorVu Minidome?

Hi all,

I ran two DS-2CD2542FWD-I cameras but one of them was suffering from a massive IR bleed. I tried swapping foams around the lens etc but nothing really helped. After few years I decided to upgrade and to go with 2547G2. I must admit that I am really disappointed, I tried all the settings including changing noise reduction etc but the pictures, or its top half looks blurry to me. I only installed one camera and I genuinely think about sending them back and going back to IR ones. See some shots below (with different shutter speed WDR on/off etc)

That looks like glare from the light hitting the little car nearest the camera. I have a bunch of ColorVu cameras, and one was getting something similar. It was catching glare from a nearby yard light, so I repositioned the camera and it fixed it. The ColorVu cams are terrific in low light, but sensitive to glare from nearby lights.
