Hik-Connect How do I find my camera's IP addresses so that I can add them to Hik-Connect?

I installed 2 DS-2CD2142FWD-1 cameras.
Both cameras Are activated.
The only Way i could install the cameras in the Hik-Connect program is using the ip adress this means that it does not work without wifi. what am i doing wrong?
If I'm in the HIK connect program and try to install the cameras by using the serial number than the program fails to find the cameras on the network..

You need to download Hikvision's SADP tool, which will show you and let you change the IP addresses any camera on your network. You then use use these IP addresses to add the cameras through Hik-Connect as you've said
