Firmware How Do I Identify the Firmware Family of my Hikvision Cameras?

hi everyone im new here and was wondering have hikvision removed the spreadsheet that showed which cameras are apart of which family and have they a similar list for hilook cameras thanks in advance for help

There aren't really any up-to-date spreadsheets for this anymore, can you confirm the camera models you have? We will try and guide you to the correct firmware family.
