How do I program the door station camera on a 2nd generation Hikvision intercom to a Hikvision nvr I tried manually adding the station IP address using hik protocol and port 8000

Did you test using a POE switch instead of the NVR? And you did change the default IP address to match your subnet range?

Was in Poe switch but programmed to lan two house network wil change settings to lan one network camera subnet was under the impression if nvr set to multi network it would pick up the settings settings on either network of the nor

Have you installed an indoor station. Activating an indoor station should include an invitation to also set up the door station.
