Bought the system about 5 years back. Disconnected it about 2 yrs ago and wanted to get it running again but facing some issues.
I neither remember where I bought it nor the admin password but luckily could remember the log-in pattern.
Somehow managed to reset all the parameters in NVR to default settings and manage enter a new admin password.
The 3 cameras are connected to a POE switch can be detected by the NVR but the previous ip cameras cannot seem to be deleted even after resetting the NVR.
I tried changing the IP address of the old cameras with the ones detected but to no avail.
I have reset one of the IP camera by pressing the reset button and gave it the same admin password through the NVR. But I realised I can change the password of the other two cameras in the NVR too. I wonder if it is the same.
Anyone can help? For your info, I am clueless about cctv system and has not connected a pc to the camera or the NVR before but definitely willing to learn.
