Hello everyone,
This is my first message.
I've got for really cheap a Hikvision DS-7616NI-K2/16P which doesn't turn on. I would like to understand if the reason is a faulty power supply (it's a Delta DPS-280AB-4A 280 Watt). It has two connectors: a 6 wires one (3 yellow and 3 black wires) which I guess should be the 12v rails and a 4 wires one (two white and two black/yellow wires) which should be the 52v rails. How can I test it? Which wires should I short to turn on the PSU so that I can test it with a multimeter?
