Hello
I have just setup a new hikvision cctv system however I am struggling with the platform access for the app and ivms. All guides mention hik connect as a selection on the settings. I only have ISUP and whatever settings I use don’t work.
I also can’t register the device on the hik connect website. It says it is offline when it is clearly working fine.
What am I doing wrong?
