Hik-Connect I can't access the cameras connected to my NVR when away from my local network?

Hik-Connect displays cameras perfectly and quick when accessing my local wifi network but always receive 'network unstable message' after trying to count percentage complete on any other network regardless of 5G, 4G, or another wifi network.

I am using Hikvision DS-7608NI-I2 / 8P

I have tried many configuration options posted in threads without any luck.

could the upload of your broadband be at fault? possibly something else using your internet connection and killing the bandwidth?

try using the fluent mode (SD) rather than clear (HD) when trying to view the cameras.
