I just factory reset my Hikvision DVR, now I can't view it remotely?

I need help please, I just factory default my Hikvision DVR and now I can't view it remotely.
It keeps asking for the system verification code, but when I enter that it says wrong code?

Can you please confirm the model number of the DVR you have?
Where exactly are you seeing this request for a verification code? Can you please provide a screenshot/photo of the menu/page where you are seeing the verification code request?
