I lost all of my records after firmware update?

Hello!

We are using Hikvision DS-7732NI-K4. We have V4.40.015 build 200817 version on this device and we did V4.72.107 build 220914 update. We can reach the NVR but there is no playback and registered cameras/device.

How can we revive/save all of them?

I need help ASAP because we lost eight or nine months of our records.

Hi @cenko

Are you accessing the NVR with a web browser or a direct monitor?
Are the time/date settings set correctly on your NVR after updating the firmware?
Can you please share some screenshots of the NVRs playback, camera management, and HDD management menus?
