Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a camera: DS-2SE7C432MWG-EB/26(F0) to cover a large portion of the outdoor area of my home.

I have three questions that no one has been able to solve so far. My main goal is to minimize unnecessary recordings, but I’m starting to fear that this camera doesn’t fully meet my needs.

1. Different Motion Detection Areas per PTZ Preset
I want to set different motion detection draw areas for each PTZ preset. Right now, it seems like I can only have a single draw area, which is problematic.
For example, in one preset, there might be trees in the frame, so I wouldn’t want to record movement there. But in another preset, I may need to record that area, and currently, it seems impossible. If this feature is truly missing, I consider it a major flaw.

2. Smart Events Not Triggering Auto-Tracking
I noticed that when the PTZ is in a preset position and smart events are enabled, the camera records but does not track!
What I need is for the PTZ to track and record the target when it is in a position where the panoramic camera does not cover the area.
For example, as shown in the screenshot, when motion is detected (green arrow), I want the PTZ to zoom in and track a subject (like a passing dog) to capture details properly.

3. Event Recording Without PTZ Activation
In the areas marked with a red arrow in my screenshot, I want the panoramic camera to record events without triggering the PTZ.
Unfortunately, I don’t see any option to achieve this. I only want the panoramic camera to record, without the PTZ moving unnecessarily.

Additional Concern:
I have also noticed that smart events are far less sensitive to motion compared to regular event recording.
For example, in the area where my car is parked, the panoramic camera barely detects motion—probably because it's around 30 meters away. That’s understandable, but I still need to capture activity in that zone.
However, the PTZ doesn’t seem to offer enough functionality to compensate for this limitation.

Has anyone faced similar issues?
Please help me out—this is supposed to be a high-end model, but I’m feeling a bit disappointed so far.
