I-VMS 4200 Problem

When I start my program up all I’m getting is a white circle off dots going round and round as if it’s trying to load but it just stays like that. It was working perfectly well.

Any help would be appreciated

You may need to reinstall or install a new version of iVMS-4200.

If you are a Mac user then this is the latest version of iVMS-4200 - HIKVISION UK PORTAL

If you are a PC user then this is the latest version of iVMS-4200 - HIKVISION UK PORTAL

And which version of the iVMS-4200 software is that? If you are unsure or you can't access the 'About' page to check the software version because it is frozen, then I would recommend uninstalling and install one of the latest versions I linked you to above and see if the problem is still there.
