IDS-7716NXI-I4/16S(B) NVR - Facial Recognition engine error?

IDS-7716NXI-I4/16S(B) nvr useing latest 4.50 firmware with 3 2cd2387g2-lsu/sl cameras im trying to enable Facial Recognition but i get a no resources error, ive tryed loweing frame rate on all cameras and still same error tells me to check engine settings however ive noticed in the engine settings it says resetting failed?
anyone know what might be problem why engine reset failing.

Nvr running Firmware_V4.50.000_210125
Cameras running firmware v5.7.10 build 220830

Hi Phil. Sorry about delay in reply. Yes I’m still haveing same issue.
Under engine configuration and useage Says 0c resetting failed I’ve tryed all 3
Facial recognition
Video structuralization - real time
Permimeter protection

Still comes up with error as shown in pictures

I also tryed a lower firmware but would not work as I think they are locked to latest current firmware revision

Any ideas what might be causing this error in engine settings to keep comming up with
(resetting failed) ( repairing failed)
