Incorrect password in hikconnect access from ivms 4200?

Hello. I have this problem: from the ivms 4200 I cannot enter the hikconnect account. but from the browser yes. on the ivms tells me "incorrect password". But it's the right one! do you know why this happens? (excuse me if my wording is bad, use google translator to post here) thank you!

I had a similar problem.

I went to the Hik-Connect on my phone and went to Account management. I changed my password
and made a new one. After that it worked with IVMS-4200.

I did that too. but it didn't work for me. I put another password from the phone app. and from the hikconnect page as well. but anyway the problem continued in the ivms.

It could be that there is a limit of devices in a hik connect account and that is why it does not let me enter from the ivms? because from the browser I can enter without problems but I can not configure anything
