Has anyone else been experiencing issues with push notifications lately using the Hik-Connect app? It has been working flawlessly for me for a long time now but recently (last few weeks) the push notifications appear to be very hit and miss. Sometimes the push notifications are delivered, other times they are not.
If I open the app and go to the “Notifications” then I can see that all the event notifications are being delivered to the app but I don’t always receive push notifications on my phone.
I have found some old threads from 2018 which reported a similar issue and it was apparently something to do with Hikvision’s cloud server not handling the push notifications correctly. I’m wondering whether it’s a similar issue and if anyone else if noticing the same?
