Ip camera

Hi guys
I have no name ip camera that I use poe turn on that ...but camer turn irregular pattern off ...I have to unplug and pluge ethernet cable after that every thing went well camera turn on an this cycle is iterating...
Kindly help..this camera supply from network switch...

POE should just be plug & play.
If you are having problems, perhaps test whether the camera maintains a connection if you use a short shop-bought / factory-made network patch cable to connect it to the POE switch.
