IPC-T250H-M won't record direct to NAS?

Hi - I've just purchased a Hikvision IPC-T250H-M to add to me range of other hikvision devices, all the others have the built in capability to reocrd directly to a NAS< but I cant find this feature on the IPC-T250H-M - under basic config it says number of HDDS = 0 and I dont have a storage management option.

Is this feature missing on the IPC-T250H-M?

Hi @brackb01

We don't really work with the HiLook range of cameras but looking at the user manual for this camera you should find the NAS storage settings by going to Configuration → Storage → Storage Management → Net HDD.

If it is not there then it might be the case that this feature is not supported by this particular HiLook model, the HiLook range is an entry-level consumer range so some advanced features are not included with these models.
