Is a server and HikCentral needed to use Hikvision access control?

Looking into installing a Hikvision 4 door access control system. Is a server/computer and HikCentral required for it? It'll need to have around 120 users and be remotely managed.

IVMS 4200 is enough for your system.

iVMS can handle 50 doors and 2000 users.
